Telecaller Regional (Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telagu, Bengali)
What you'll do
- Place phone calls to associates for Outbound from our computerized directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of onboarding program
- Answer potential associates’ questions about Joining and onboarding
- Track associates on completing joining formalities and get Onboarding completed daily
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
