About the role

As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the back-office operations of our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) division. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent administrative support to the team.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in supporting the back-office operations of our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) division
• Assist in managing and organizing daily back-office operations
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide administrative support to the BFSI team, including document preparation and filing
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance
