What you'll do

• Play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of our back-office operations
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the back office, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks
• Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation management, maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Support the team in resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow
