About the role

As an Associate in the CLM International | Back Office department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our back-office operations. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and facilitating smooth communication between various departments.

What you'll do

• Play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our back-office operations
• Provide administrative support to the CLM International | Back Office team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of back-office transactions, such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy retrieval of important documents
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the team

What you need
