About the role

A Telecalling Sales Executive in a BPO is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving sales targets . Key duties include explaining product features, converting leads into sales, maintaining customer records in a CRM, and resolving customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving sales targets
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services
• Engage in telecalling activities to follow up with leads and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
