About the role
As a Financial Analysis in the Central Planning and Analysis organization, you will support the Central Allocations team across expense management, allocation processes, planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. You will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand cost drivers, allocation logic, and financial impacts.
What you'll do
- Support the monthly close, forecast, budget, and planning cycles for Central Allocations
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reporting, including trends, allocation movements, recoveries, variance analysis, and business commentary
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand cost drivers, allocation logic, financial impacts, and reporting requirements
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing meaningful insights to support management decisions
- Assist business and finance partners with ad hoc analysis, issue resolution, deep dives, and strategic finance requests
