Associate - Client Experience in Ahmedabad – Freshers

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing support throughout their journey with us, and ensuring a seamless experience.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
