Associate - Client Experience in Amritsar – Freshers

About the role

As a fresh graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in the dynamic logistics industry, contributing to client relationship management and ensuring satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their inquiries, providing timely information, and supporting the overall operational needs of the department.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
