Associate - Client Experience in Angul – Freshers

About the role

You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. As an Associate, you will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
