About the role

As a key point of contact, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure their needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications and providing support to strengthen relationships. The ideal candidate should be a graduate from any field, possessing strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
  • Managing the payable for the allocated clients
  • Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
  • Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
  • Monitoring day to day operations
