Associate - Client Experience in Buxar – Freshers

About the role

As an Associate, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing support throughout their experience, and contributing to overall client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
