As an Associate, you will assist in resolving client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our services. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach will be essential in building trust and satisfaction among clients. What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
