Associate - Client Experience in Dhule – Freshers

About the role

As an Associate, you will interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in resolving client inquiries and providing support to the Client Relationship team. We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds, and this role offers a monthly salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
