Associate - Client Experience in Gandhinagar – Freshers

About the role

As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any stream, eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in client interaction and problem-solving while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
