Associate - Client Experience in Gaya – Freshers

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate for Client Experience in Gaya, ideal for recent graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing client interactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. As part of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
