Associate - Client Experience in Ghaziabad – Freshers

About the role

As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with team members to understand client needs and contribute to improving service delivery.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
