Associate - Client Experience in Gulbarga – Freshers

About the role

As an Associate, you will be responsible for fostering positive client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with various departments to support client inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
