Associate - Client Experience in Haldwani – Freshers

As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Haldwani. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, ensuring smooth communication, and addressing any concerns they may have.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
