Associate - Client Experience in Indore – Freshers

About the role

As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their inquiries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining strong relationships. This position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
