About the role

We are seeking an Associate for Client Experience in Jharia, focused on enhancing the overall experience for our clients in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As an Associate, you will engage with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure their needs are met efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
  • Managing the payable for the allocated clients
  • Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
  • Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
  • Monitoring day to day operations
