Associate - Client Experience in Junagadh – Freshers

About the role

You'll have the opportunity to interact with clients directly, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure their expectations are met.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
