Associate - Client Experience in Kanpur – Freshers

About the role

As an Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support, contributing to a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate should have a degree in any discipline and possess strong communication skills. You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
