Associate - Client Experience in Panvel – Freshers

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate to join our Client Experience team in Panvel. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our clients' experiences by providing exceptional support and addressing their needs effectively. The ideal candidate should have a degree in any field and a passion for working in the logistics industry.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
