Associate - Client Experience in Patiala – Freshers

As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in fostering positive interactions and building lasting relationships with our clients.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
