Associate - Client Experience in Perumbavoor – Freshers

About the role

You will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met effectively. As an Associate, you will work closely with the Client Relationship department, collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
