Associate - Client Experience in Puri – Freshers

About the role

You will also support various client experience initiatives, collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
