Associate - Client Experience in Satara – Freshers

About the role

As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in managing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively and your dedication to service excellence will be essential in this role. This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing freshers with an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the industry.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
