Associate - Client Experience in Shahjahanpur – Freshers

About the role

This position is based in Shahjahanpur, where you will work from a nearby center, gaining valuable experience in client relationship management.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
