Associate - Client Experience in Siddipet – Freshers

About the role

You will assist in managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are met effectively. As an Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, resolving any inquiries, and providing support throughout their experience with our services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
