Associate - Client Experience in Sitapur – Freshers

About the role

As a vital member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services in the logistics industry. This position is ideal for recent graduates from any discipline who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
