Associate - Client Experience in Srinagar – Freshers

About the role

As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and providing timely solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in any stream and be eager to excel in a dynamic environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships will be essential to your success in this role.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
