Associate - Client Experience in Thalassery – Freshers

About the role

As a key member of the client relationship department, you will engage with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience with our logistics services. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any discipline, eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in client interaction and problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
