Associate - Client Experience in Tumakuru – Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance the client experience in Tumakuru's logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from any stream, eager to start their career in the dynamic courier and logistics industry. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
