Associate - Client Experience in Ujjain – Freshers

As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Ujjain. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate, eager to contribute to our dynamic team in the logistics industry. You will engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed promptly.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
