Associate - Client Management

About the role

We're looking for an Associate who is part account manager, part operator and part automation builder. You'll work directly with the Lead who owns these relationships and will be in the room with founders, CXOs and marketing heads from day one. If your reflex on seeing a repetitive task is "I can build a workflow for that," this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end delivery of enterprise campaigns across content, events, video and research
• Coordinate with editorial, design, product and events teams for on-time delivery
• Own trackers, timelines, approvals and follow-ups
• Draft client emails, status updates, recaps and meeting notes that are ready to send
• Founder and Stakeholder Engagement

What you need
