Associate Client Order Coordinator

What you'll do

• Responding to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter
• Assisting in various EMC/EPS Projects such as Group Split projects, minute book and document uploads, and queues along with various filings such as Annual reports
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Maintaining and updating customer records including contact updates, and other various updates
• Reviewing and processing legal documents
