Associate Consultant — Analytics

About the role

As an Associate Consultant at Blue Matter, you are stepping into ownership. You will independently drive analytical workstreams on live client engagements, translate complex data into crisp strategic insights, and begin mentoring junior analysts. This role is for someone who does not just execute tasks — they interrogate them, improve them, and connect them to the bigger picture.

What you'll do

• Develop deep expertise, explore new frontiers Research therapy areas, pipeline landscapes
• Independently investigate data anomalies and unexpected findings until you understand the story behind them — never accept outputs at face value
• Proactively bring emerging analytical methodologies, AI-driven tools, and best practices to the team; help elevate how BMI does its work
• Clearly communicate findings that challenge client assumptions when the evidence calls for it, framing difficult messages with professionalism and precision
• Raise risks, blockers, and quality issues proactively; create a culture on your team where problems surface fast and get solved faster

What you need
