Associate Consultant - Growth Strategy and Sales Operations

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, business development, pre-sales, and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, curating structured and well-researched collateral, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and is looking to build a strong foundation in consulting, sales strategy and business development within the impact ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning
• Support the classification of strategic accounts across different engagement stages and assist in capturing and regularly updating such data
• Regularly update account intelligence by analysing business priorities, CSR and ESG strategies, sustainability commitments, leadership priorities
• Assist in planning and execution of strategic client engagement initiatives including executive meetings, industry events, roundtables
• Assist in developing Talking Points and Pitch Decks for leadership prior to meetings
