Associate - Core Operations

About the role

This role supports core operational execution within the India Operations CoE. The analyst gains broad exposure across operations while building deep SME ownership in assigned processes and contributing to transformation, process re-engineering, and AI adoption.

What you'll do

• Support daily operational execution across assigned workflows, including data checks, reconciliations, and exception management
• Assist in trade lifecycle support activities and operational coordination required to meet daily and periodic deliverables
• Support cash and position reconciliations and investigate breaks by coordinating inputs and documenting findings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate operational data and resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain recurring operational reporting and trackers with strong accuracy and timeliness
