About the role

Experience building financial models from scratch, rather than only updating set templates, is valued. Focus is on how strategic choices affect value, rather than on arriving at a target price Cross-link different business models and multiple industries key dynamics, using key drivers/KPIs behind the operational and financial performance

What you'll do

• Associates act as workstream leaders
• They own a defined piece of the case answer end to end: framing the question, designing and running the analysis, pressure-testing the output
• This is consulting work rather than a purely analytical finance role, and it calls for financial acumen and storytelling in equal measure
• Case leadership and problem solving
• Structure ambiguous business questions into a clear approach, hypotheses, and analysis plan

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Valuation
• Financial statements
• Financial analysis
• Investment banking
• Equity research
• Capital markets
• B.Com or MBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA
