About the role

To assist the company secretary and to monitor Corporate Social Responsibility activities, secretarial compliance and governance across the organization. CSR Compliance and Administration. Ensure Secretarial compliance with the Companies Act, Banking Regulation Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws.

What you'll do

• Assist the company secretary and to monitor Corporate Social Responsibility activities, secretarial compliance and governance across the organization
• Ensure Secretarial compliance with the Companies Act, Banking Regulation Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws
• Oversee statutory filings, disclosures, and returns with MCA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulators
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board, Committee, and General Meetings
• Advise the Board and Senior Management on governance best practices and regulatory changes

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
