What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and providing exceptional customer service
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution in a professional manner
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively address customer needs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong, long-lasting relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
