Associate Creative Director

About the role

As the Copy Director , you will lead the strategic and creative direction of all written communication across brands and campaigns. You will be responsible for building compelling narratives, defining brand voices, mentoring a high-performing team of copywriters, and ensuring every piece of communication meets the highest standards of creativity, clarity, and effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Lead the creative vision and copy strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, web, performance marketing, video, CRM
• Translate business objectives, customer insights, and brand strategy into compelling storytelling and impactful messaging
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account Managers to develop integrated campaign concepts
• Conduct brand, audience, competitor, and market research to create differentiated communication strategies
• Define and maintain brand tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and editorial standards across multiple client portfolios
