About the role

The Travel Insurance Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for travel partners, providing end-to-end support across calls, emails, and chat channels. The role involves assisting travel agents with product information, policy bookings, issuances, amendments, and cancellations, while ensuring accurate communication and timely resolution of queries.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions from travel partners, providing accurate information and timely updates
• Explain insurance coverage, benefits, features, and policy terms clearly to travel agents
• Assist travel agents with booking travel insurance policies for their customers
• Engage with travel agents to educate them on products and proactively promote available services
• Support policy issuance by processing and issuing new policies and endorsements

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Data entry
• Documentation
• Voice process
• Any graduate

• Claims processing
