Associate Cybersecurity and Network Professional

About the role

This role is part of the Offshore Service Technology organization in India. You will operate as an individual contributor and collaborate closely with Operations, the Siemens Energy Cybersecurity organization, Offshore Execution, TE-PPS, and other customer-facing and technical functions. The mission of the team is to provide flexible, responsive, and high-quality cybersecurity support that meets current and future customer contracts.

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, translating customer security requirements into practical solutions and providing guidance on compliance and best practices
• Ensure cybersecurity services are delivered in line with SLAs, contractual commitments, and customer expectations through effective stakeholder coordination
• Manage customer security inquiries, track actions, and drive timely resolution of security-related concerns
• Enhance cybersecurity service offerings by leveraging customer feedback and collaborating with sales, product, service, and security teams
• Provide regular reporting on security status, service performance, risks, and key actions to ensure transparency and governance

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
