Associate Data Analyst

About the role

The Associate Data Analyst (ADA) supports the Data Analyst team in managing and resolving data discrepancies between clients (Sponsors, CROs, and Investigators) and internal databases. This role involves understanding client requirements, analyzing data-related requests, and implementing appropriate database updates while ensuring timely and accurate responses.

What you'll do

• Ensure seamless communication and proactive follow-up with internal stakeholders, clients
• Analyze and resolve simple to moderately complex client data discrepancies
• Perform data revisions ranging from basic to highly complex, adhering to established data revision and data cleaning processes
• Support Workflow Leads and Client Leads in the strategic execution of data reconciliation activities and query management processes
• Assist management in implementing global processes and procedures to promote operational consistency and efficiency
