Associate Data Quality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Operations Associate to support data management and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their skills in data processing, quality assurance, and business operations.

What you'll do

• Perform data cleansing, remediation, and enrichment activities as per defined guidelines
• Verify, validate, and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and report data discrepancies, exceptions, or missing information to supervisors
• Reconcile data between applications and highlight any differences for review
• Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines

What you need

• 0–4.5 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• Reconciliation
• Any graduate
