About the role

A Vendor Management & Budget Control Specialist within the Customer Service department based in Airoli , you will be responsible for managing external suppliers and service providers while ensuring financial discipline across multiple service units, including the CDC, GRD, Email Teams, and Loan Centres .

What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors in alignment with business needs
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Conduct regular vendor audits and risk assessments
