About the role

We are looking for Manager in IT Infrastructure End user team who is proficient in handling the IT Support MD / CMD office and CXO users.

What you'll do

  • Day to day IT support operation at CMD dedicated floor / MD office
  • Manage key vendor and team relationships to ensure consistent performance against established service level agreements
  • Develop effective Service delivery framework
  • Monthly Reporting & Reviews with Service Provider
  • Ensure clear-cut and timely communication to all stake holders

What you need

  • 5–9 yrs of experience
