Associate - Digital Learning Developer II - Excellerate

About the role

As a Learning Lead II, Associate within the Centrical Digital Learning team , you will design and develop high-quality, end-to-end digital microlearning solutions that improve employee skills, knowledge and job performance. You will partner subject matter experts, business stakeholders, learning professionals and technologists to identify performance needs and translate them into engaging videos, graphics and interactive learning products.

What you'll do

• Design and develop innovative digital microlearning solutions that improve learning retention, employee performance and measurable business outcomes
• Create high-quality videos, graphics and interactive learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Apply design thinking, digital design, adult learning principles and agile development practices to create relevant and engaging learning experiences
• Incorporate modern learner behaviors, digital innovations and social media trends, including video-first approaches inspired by platforms such as YouTube and TikTok
